Dancing on the Edge of the World

I’m dancing on the edge of the world
Dancing right there, there where doom is near
Looking up, looking down, a black void greets me all around
A single false step could be deadly, a slip much too dear
My feet fall and I do not falter, for you are there
You hold my hands and shelter me
I cannot fall, I cannot slip, you save me from the abyss
Guard me and protect me from the blackness without
Let the light within my soul shine all out
Blasting away the blackness like a hydrogen bomb
Nothing can stop your love, your light from shining in me
Forward together we go, shining bright to save the world and banish the night
